Pamper yourself with this luxurious spa treatment! Your skin is prepped with an exfoliating sugar scrub for the whole body. Heated Sedona mud with French red clay is painted on the body to pull out impurities in the pores and leave skin soft and re-mineralized. You will be wrapped in warmth while the mud masque sets. Warm towels remove the masque and you will receive an application of special massage oil to nourish your skin. This anti-oxidant and anti-aging formulation will leave your skin with a noticeable glow!

In this 90 minute massage with your choice of aromatherapy, we alternate hot and cold stones to increase circulation and decrease inflammation to reduce stress and aid in pain management.
This is an excellent service for those who want an indulgent spa service mixed with clinical bodywork to enhance athletic performance and overall wellness.
About Face
Face & Scalp Massage

This 30 minute service incorporates Gua Sha Stones & Ice Globes to aid in lymphatic drainage, depuffing, & skin tightening. Finish off with a stress reducing scalp massage that will leave you in a state of total relaxation.

This massage incorporates Olbas oil (a massage oil that provides a comfortable, warm and cool feeling in the muscles and joints) to give immediate relief of muscle aches, pain, sinus and cold symptoms. Extra Warm towels are also used throughout the session.
Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses a variety of silicone and medical-vacuum cups placed on the body wherever the client is experiencing pain or tension. The suction of the cups creates a negative pressure that separates connective tissue to create space, increase circulation and lymph flow, break up post-surgery adhesion, deactivate myofascial trigger points, and boost immune system. This service is clinical in nature. The cups will be used statically (parked on areas of concern) and dynamically (we will massage with the cups as well).
Muscle Meltdown

90 Minutes of therapeutic bodywork and relaxation as hot stones are used to warm muscle tissue, then silicone massage cups are applied. Both cupping and stones are alternated throughout the service with pressure and suction customized to client's preference.
Migraine Therapy

This is a treatment anyone can use, whether you suffer from chronic migraines and headaches or just want to relax! This service starts with a massage for back, shoulders, and neck, using a combination of Olbas oil and our own blend of Migraine Therapy oils, hot stones, hot towels, and alternating cold stones (face only). The scalp, face and neck muscles are given additional attention and the use of trigger point therapy and acupressure may be used to combat tension.

Kinetic Chain Release

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a total body treatment of gentle stretches and mobilizations, developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, that can quickly bring the body back into balance. By bringing the body into balance, it can restore energy levels and relieve pain. KCR is performed fully clothed, but socks and shoes will be removed. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. No dresses, skirts, or jeans.
