We've learned a thing or two from doing these spa parties over the past few years and that knowledge has allowed us to revamp the way we do spa parties in and out of the office! We have simplified the process of which services to pick and pricing to keep things stress free for you and for us!
 
SPAHH PARTY PRICING
 
Spa parties are fun for you and fun for us, but they take a lot of extra supplies, preparation, planning and scheduling efforts! With that in mind, we have priced treatments fairly for us and for you!
 
 
PICK A MAIN TREATMENT (Prices include all spa party fees and taxes for parties at the Ahh Spa).
 
Mobile parties ADD $10 for each main treatment (Gas isn't cheap, folks!).

PICK A SECONDARY TREATMENT(Optional - These are a great idea for large parties, as it will give everyone an opportunity to be receiving a spa treatment of some sort all at the same time.  Many secondary treatments are provided in other areas of the spa. They are ahhmazing add- ons!)

**Please note: The prices for mobile parties include travel time for Monday through Thursday in Vanderburgh/Warrick County with a spa party start time of 4 p.m. or earlier. We will travel on weekends and evenings for an additional charge to be determined on a case by case basis. We strive to work within every budget and schedule so don't hesitate to call us if you do not see a package that meets you needs or have any questions.
 
 
 
Spa Party Policy and Etiquette
 
BOOKING A SPARTY (WHAT IT TAKES):
 
This page will answer many of the questions you have about sparties. Please read this before calling.
 
*We need a minimum of 5 people to book a sparty at your location. We can serve anywhere from 2-20  people in the office, more on site depending on the location.
 
*We operate in and out of the office by appointment only.  This means we aren’t always in the office. It’s wise to call ahead when you wish to pay us a visit. We generally need a one week notice for smaller groups (5 or less). We typically need 2-6  weeks notice on spa parties of 4-12 guests. Any parties over 12 guests may need at least 3 weeks notice and planning, especially if you have a specialized theme in mind! We book up quickly during holidays and on weekends, so the more notice you can give us, the better we can serve you.
 
*Once you have decided to book with us, we need a deposit to hold your party. The amount of the deposit depends on the type and size of your spa party. In general, we charge a deposit equal to the amount of one full spa treatment for groups of 6 or less and 2-3 spa treatments for larger groups. This deposit is refundable only with a 72 hour cancellation notice.  The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your party. We need an exact head count at this time.
 
*You will be charged for no-shows.  We have to do this to ensure proper staffing.
 
*The amount of therapists we provide depends on the number of guests attending and types of service.
 
*We need a minimum of 300 square feet to have a sparty on location.
  
*Set up and travel time is included in prices quoted within Vanderburgh County and parts of Warrick County (approximately a 20 mile radius). Additional mileage is factored in to those living outside of these boundaries and is based on fuel costs and days/times of the week that party is to take place. There are NO HIDDEN FEES when you book a sparty. What we quote you is what you will be charged. We like to keep it simple!
 
*We expect a sparty to start on the time that is given to us.  Generally, we will arrive 1/2-1 hour prior to party time to set up.  We do charge $25 per hour, per therapist ($12 per half hour), OVERTIME fees. It is important that your guests arrive on time.  If we start late, and you do not agree to pay the overtime fees, we will cut the party short, as there are many days when we do multiple parties and must be fair to our other guests and ourselves.  Everyone's time is important.
 
*Please specify any enhanced or ala carte services when booking (hot stones add ons, astrology sessions, aromatherapy, martial arts/yoga, etc.).  Part of these services are contracted out through trusted professionals in the area and need to be booked well in advance.
  
 
SAFETY, ETIQUETTE, AND ALL THAT JAZZ
(in office or at your spa party)
 
*It is important that you understand that rude, inappropriate behavior of any kind, sexual jokes or remarks will not be tolerated. Violating this policy will ensure that you never have another Ahh Spa experience again.
 
*We will not work on individuals who may present a contagious disease or condition that is contraindicated to massage or spa treatments, including but not limited to large cuts, skin rashes, flu, etc. Safety First!
 
*Many spa guests love to mix martinis and massage.  However, The Ahh Team  will not work with any individuals who appear to be intoxicated as massage can speed up the level of intoxication in many individuals.
 
*Please be sure to inform guests of the importance of arriving on time so as not to incur overtime charges or a reduced party time.
 
*We reserve the right to leave a party at any time if any of these policies are violated.
 
*Please make sure all guests have read and agree with the spa policy above.

WHO WE ARE:
We are the area’s ORIGINAL mobile spa service that brings the spa to your front door! We are a network of professional massage therapists who want to come to your next celebration, bridal shower, or party! HISTORY OF AHH 2 GO:
Ahh 2 Go (formerly known as Spa A La Go Go)  began in summer of 2006 when three certified massage therapists decided to throw a spa party for their friends. It was a great time for everyone involved and  Ahh 2 Go  was born. We love spa treatments and parties so much that we decided that it would be the perfect mix of fun and relaxation to bring to any celebration. There are three owners for Ahh 2 Go and several part time massage therapists working for us. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to provide simple facials, hairstyles or cuts, yoga or wellness classes.  Please contact us  if you are interested in joining our team.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Social Spa-ing is ALL the rage right now! And we love to help you, your best friends, and loved ones relax.
 
We have 8 individual treatment rooms if you need privacy or we have 2 rooms that will accommodate up to 4 people in each room! We can accomodate groups of up to 25 people in our spa.
